LogicZero.org: who needs logic, anyway?
Instructions: whenever you use a website, keep a copy of the link/URL - a list at the end of your assignment is good. When you finish, paste them all into the box, one per line, and click the button. The generator will take care of the rest. Also put the date you accessed the sites, as this will be added to all entries.
